Is open source safe for a business?
Yes. The code is public and widely reviewed, and your system runs on a server you or Frappe Cloud control, with daily backups.
Who owns my data?
You do. You can export everything at any time, and there is no licence that can be switched off.
Do I pay a licence fee per user?
No. ERPNext is free, open-source software (GPL v3). You pay for hosting, implementation and support.
Does it support e-invoicing?
Yes, through add-on apps for Egypt's ETA e-invoice and e-receipt and Saudi ZATCA (Fatoora). We confirm the current rules for your company before go-live.
What if FlowSoft is not available?
Any ERPNext partner or developer can support you, because nothing is locked to us. We document your set-up.
